Sirrus Group Joins JPJL


The directors of Sirrus Group plc are pleased to annouce that its shares have today joined the trading facility operated by J.P. Jenkins and Co. at www.jpjl.co.uk ('JPJL'). Sirrus Group shares were formerly listed on OFEX.

Sirrus manufactures and distributes own-design hardware and software products specifically for CCTV over IP (internet protocol) data networks. The products are sold through resellers and distributors in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, the US and Central America and include Network Video Recorders, virtual-matrix software products for CCTV control rooms, and a family of viewing and management software tools.

Shares in Sirrus Group remain 'Crest' registered as before and trading via JPJL will be on a matched bargain basis.

The directors intend to continue past practice of keeping shareholders updated with developments through regular press releases which will appear on the company's own website.
